We deal with various locally, nationally and internationally grown produce at our stall.
Thanks to the collaboration of a numerous group of local produers who have grown with us in the years to continually guarantee a better quality and innovation for our customers, we are able to provide various local products such pears, apples, cherries, figs, kiwis, apricots, prunes, plums...
Throughout the years the 5 main products which have distinguished our quality and careful processing are:

We commercialize various types of pears such as Abate, Kaiser, William, Decana, S.Lucia, Passacrassana, Conference...
From middle January onwards we also deal with pears from abroad (Argentinia/Chile) such as William, Packam, d'Anjou and Abate. All the pear types can be processed in any way which the client prefers: we can place the goods in wired baskets, wrapped/floppati trays, in various types and formats of packaging and in legalized weight.

In the North East part of Verona, about 50 faithful producers have provided us with cherries for the past 30 years. After rigorous and annual health and plant treatment controls, we collect from our cherries collection centres in the afternoon so that we always have fresh goods to be sold the next day.
In the evening, when all the goods arrive in the warehouse, it's sorted by variety, quality and size so that we can provide our customers with the most possible homogenous product.
Every one of our producers has a code provided by us so that they can be recognized. This is a guarantee for us because, if there were to be any disputes, we can easily verify the producer and it's also a way to keep the production of each producer monitored. The cherries are processed in bulk in a classic 30x40 wooden plateaux or for the packaging, they are processed in baskets of either 500g or of 1kg.
For some years on the Veronese hills, from 700 to 1000metres of altitude, we have some producers who daily provide us with their strawberries. The harvesting season starts at middle/end May and finishes end October/middle November.
They are processed in carton carriers of 2 kg net with eight baskets of 250g each. The baskets can also be closed with a transparant lid or can be "Floppati". In both cases a label can be added with the client's barcode.
If requested, the strawberries can be processed also in the large carrier of 40x60 in 5kg net.

For the last few years, we have been processing and selling kiwis from the countryside of Verona.
We offer 3 main packages: 10-kilos trunk (netweight) for medium-to-small kiwi; 6-kilos paper box (netweight) for large-size kiwi; 1-kilo basket (netweight) with wired or flopped envelope.
For us, the processing of khakis has always been a jolly. Thanks to thirty years of experience we have managed to achieve excellent results in a quality aspect.
The khakis which we process and commerce mainly come from the Veronese and Romagnonan countrysides. The season starts in about middle September with modest quantities which go into the full season in the beginning of October. The commercialization of khakis ends in about middle/end December.
As for the processing, the khakis are divided in three sizes: the "fiorone" is put in a tray of 3 fruits in a carrier of 30x50 of 5 trays each; the central size is processed in a tray which is still of 3 fruits but smaller as in the same size carrier instead of there being 5 trays there are 6, and finally the smallest size is put in a tray of 4 pieces of fruit in a carrier of 6 trays. See the image.
We make another khaki divisioning according to the colour of the fruits. As well as the three sizes we feel strongly about the divisioning by maturity to have a final product which is as homogenous as possible.
We belive that a product which is so delicate to process and commerce should have these careful divisions to make the sale more profitable and easier.
